The following recent contempt of court and associated arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Brian Vanlenten, 35, of West Front Street in Keyport, was arrested on April 11 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Middletown and Holmdel municipal courts.
He was held on $2,018 bail.
• Jenny Chimenti, 32, of Main Street in Keansburg, was arrested on April 11 by Patrolman Sean Barry on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Middletown and Marlboro municipal courts.
She was held on $738 bail.
• Stephen Ferraro, 56, of Harrison Street in Red Bank, was arrested on April 12 by Patrolman Julian Reis for violation of a court order.
He was released after posting $500 bail, set by Judge Gummer.
• Jadzia Perosi, 21, of Main Street in Sparta, was arrested on April 12 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was released after posting $250 bail.
• Felix Santana, 20, of Abby Road in Middletown, was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $250 bail.
• Wayne Carhart, 37, of Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on April 14 by Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $318 bail.
• Richard Brenner, 52, of Beacon Boulevard in Keansburg, was arrested on April 14 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Aberdeen and Union Beach municipal courts and the Monmouth County Superior Court.
He was released after posting $4,053 bail.
• Richard Dickey, 46, of Daniel Drive in Middletown, was arrested on April 15 by Patrolman Eric Van Schaack on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the East Windsor, Sayreville and Little Silver municipal courts.
He was held on $787 bail.
• Thomas Simmons, 57, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 16 by Patrolman Joshua Midose on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $250 bail.
• Esteban Rosado, 39, of Cherry Street in Tinton Falls, was arrested on April 16 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court and a burglary warrant issued by the Newark Police Department.
He was held on $51,000 bail.
• Gregory Height, 44, of Waterwitch Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on April 16 by Cpl. Mark Ward on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $607 bail.
• Joshua Durnin, 21, of Park Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on April 17 by Patrolman Christian Clark on contempt of court warrants issued by the Holmdel and Keansburg municipal courts.
He was released after posting $1,500 bail.
• Christine Oliva, 34, of Waackaack Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on April 17 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.
She was held on $975 bail.
• Melissa Rock, 34, of Main Street in Keansburg, was arrested on April 17 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with obstructing the administration of law and on a violation of probation warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
She was held pending a court date.
• Juan Benitez, 39, of Pearsall Avenue in Jersey City, was arrested on April 18 by Cpl. Joseph Ahlemeyer on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $1,133 bail.
• Michael Dowlen, 49, of Michael Drive in Middletown, was arrested on April 18 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with terroristic threats and false imprisonment.
He was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.
• Brian Clancy, 24, of Baldwin Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 18 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $1,611 bail.
• Chelsea Villano, 22, of Vermont Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on April 18 by Corporal Richard Fusella on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was held on $1,109 bail.
• Thomas Farbaniec, 31, of First Street in Keyport, was arrested on April 20 by Patrolman Frank Mazza on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Clark Municipal Court.
He was held on $300 bail.
• Adrienne Almond, 37, of Abby Road in Middletown, was arrested on April 20 by Patrolman Shane Hall on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Ocean Township Municipal Court.
She was released after posting $1,500 bail.
• Lauren Daley, 35, of Paterson Plank Avenue in Secaucus, was arrested on April 21 by Patrolman Christian Clark on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was held on $1,250 bail.
• Joshua Vallaster, 28, of Palmer Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 21 by Patrolman Kent Thornton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Bass River Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $295 bail.
• Frank Wozniak, 19, of Union Street in Matawan, was arrested on April 21 by Cpl. Thomas Meckier on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was held on $539 bail.
• Coleman Furlow, 60, of Dale Road in Middletown, was arrested on April 22 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $250 bail.
• Thomas Hardie, 33, of Hosford Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on April 24 by Patrolman Sean Barry on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $2,904 bail.
• Alan Rodriguez, 30, of Green Grove Avenue in Keyport, was arrested on April 24 by Patrolman Brady Carr on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
He was held pending a court date.
• Alexander Giuriceo, 21, of Greenfield Way in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on April 24 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $618 bail.
• Jesse Ballard, 25, of Birchwood Lane in Middletown, was arrested on April 24 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $507 bail.
• Liam Boyce, 23, of Waterview Way in Sea Bright, was arrested on April 25 by Patrolman Nicholas Manochio on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $500 bail.
