The following January criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents …
• The theft of a key ring with a Honda car key and a house key, a black wallet, a black REI snow coat, and a yellow flannel, valued at $335, from the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Jan. 22.

• The theft of a Lavender Crossroads 2.0 mountain bike, valued at $1,065, from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 20.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Jan. 17. A business owner reported that the outside wall of a building had been tagged with green in color spray paint.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• The theft of a bottle of Don Julio tequila, valued at $70, and a bottle of Hennessey VSOP, valued at $50, from a store in the area of Newman Springs Road was reported on Jan. 11.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• The theft of a Gucci book bag, valued at $1,200, and two garage door openers from a motor vehicle in the area of Broad Street was reported on Jan. 8.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti scrolled on a building — in the area of Gold Street was reported on Jan 6.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Mechanic Street was reported on Jan. 4. A resident reported that a building’s outside wall and utility box had been tagged with black graffiti.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 2. A business owner reported that the rear outside wall of the business had been tagged with black graffiti.

Arrests …
• Edgar Moran-Rivera, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on Jan. 28 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Jae Carrozzo, 51, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension, and contempt of court by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Christopher Coffey, 28, of Leonardo, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Edgar Rivera, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 21 and charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapon with unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Delbert Gomez, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 18 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Derrell Moore, 33, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 16 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Charles Mulle, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 13 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Amanda Faucher, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 11 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Guillermo Martinez-Martinez, 54, of Somerset, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 6 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Brian Garcia-Lopez, 18, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 3 and charged with attempt to elude police, resisting arrest, and contempt of court by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Danielle Moore, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Tower Hill Drive on Jan. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
** Police reported 17 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants. **
