Police Report: Assault, Drugs, Defiant Trespass, Harassment, Criminal Mischief, Theft, DWIs, Disorderly

The following April criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — was reported on April 22. An employee at a business on W. Front Street reported multiple locations on the property was tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• The theft of a black electric bicycle, valued at $700, from the area of Broad Street was reported on April 20.

Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of White Street was reported on April 19. A large scratch was found on the passenger side of a vehicle.

An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on April 17. The owner of a business reported that the front door was broken.

• The theft of a black Giant bicycle with red lettering, valued at $250, was reported stolen from the area of Shrewsbury Avenue.

Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.

• The theft of a catalytic converter, valued at $300, from a motor vehicle in the area of Peters Place was reported on April 4.

Arrests

• Laura Robustelli, 37, of Staten Island, NY was arrested in the area of Morford Place on April 28 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• James Herro, 66, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Morford Place on April 28 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Luis Cepeda, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of William Street on April 27 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of drug paraphernalia, and contempt of court by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Rogelo Jacinto-Palapa, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on April 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Shavani Green, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 26 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and defiant trespass by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Brian Critelli, 50, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on April 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Theodore McCrone, 23, of New Egypt, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Connor Shank, 21, of Damascus, MD, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on April 20 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman James McGee.

• Theodore McCrone, 23, of New Egypt, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on April 20 and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Jacquelin Nickerson, 36, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Ptl. Christopher Fuentes.

• Robert Olshan, 33, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of North BridgeAvenue on April 18 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Raul Luna-Perez, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on April 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• John Faccas, 30, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on April 16 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• David Foggy, 54, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 15 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Christopher Kruse, 35, of Ewing, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 15 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Ryan Dunn, 43, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 10 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by SLEO Carmine Pannullo.

• Rosalio Sanchez-Flores, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Cedar Crossing on April 9 and charged with resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Tracy Nerney, 60, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on April 7 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• William Maulshagen, 28, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 6 and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Sean Battoni, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on April 6 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault by Patrolman Darren McConnell.

• William Spears, 31, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Kali Owens, 28, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of  Shrewsbury Avenue on April 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Donald Antonucci, 65, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on April 4 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Manuel Flores-Escalante, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on April 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Michael DeLuca, 38, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested in the area of Navesink River Road on April 4 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• David Cheslock, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on April 1 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Frank Metta.
