The following February arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Anthony Forgione-Russo, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on Feb. 28 and charged with terroristic threats-violence by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Aaron Carpenter, 33, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of West Street on Feb. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Prince Johnson, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Street on Feb. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Emely Flores, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Feb. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Joseph Cameron, 32, of Brooklyn, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Feb. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Jessica Urban, 24, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Feb. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Nathaniel Castro, 19, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Feb. 21 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and paraphernalia by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Agapo Davila-Sanchez, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 20 and charged with terroristic threats and harassment by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Travis Lane, 59, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 20 and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Paul Perez.
• Jazar Lewis, 36, of Bradley Beach, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Feb. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana, hindering apprehension, driving while intoxicated (DWI) and contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Wesley Kelly, 38, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana, obstructing the administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Nicholas Falzarano, 47, of Clinton, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 17 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Vincent Fasano, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Feb. 17 and charged with unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Walter Karyczak, 42, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 16 and charged with lewdness by Detective John Camarca.
• Phineas Alabi, 24, of Orange, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Feb. 13 and charged with theft and criminal attempt by Sgt. Robert Campanella.
• Matthew Orrico, 19, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 13 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Joseph Rosenthal, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Feb. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• David Walsack, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of White Street on Feb. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Rui Santos, 42, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Feb. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Luis Varela-De-LaRosa, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Feb. 5 and charged with burglary by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Justin Connell, 33, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Feb. 3 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
