The following recent arrests were made and reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Chellscey Esparza, 23, of Oakhurst, was arrested on May 19 in the area of English Plaza and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Benigno Barrios-Arenas, 50, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 19 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Inv. Robert Campanella.

• Anthony J. Forgione-Russo, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 18 in the area of Harding Road and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Eugene F. Cassidy, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 17 in the area of Water Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschlidt.

• Anthony L. Smith, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Mario J. Oldani, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 16 in the area of Herbert Street and charged with unlawful taking by means of conveyance by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Ernest Phillips, 49, of Eatontown, was arrested on May 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of CDS by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Luis A. Morales-Guzman, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Roman Ponce-Vasquez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Joga Singh, 29, of New York, NY, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with harassment by Patrolman David Smith.

• Sucha Singh, 31, of New York, NY, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with harassment by Patrolman David Smith.

• McCormick D. Williams, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 11 in the area of Leonard Street and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Sean Hauschlidt.

• Joseph M. Pfeifer, 27, of Eatontown, was arrested on May 10 in the area of Pearl Street and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• William P. Altieri, 30, of Matawan, was arrested on May 8 in the area of Coopers Bridge/Route 35 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Levert L. Riley, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 8 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

 

 

• Roberto C. Sanchez, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 7 in the area of W. Westside Avenue and charged with underage driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of alcohol under the legal age by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Lamont Richardson, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 7 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of CDS and possession with intent to distribute by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Yani Caballero-Sanchez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 6 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Moses Z. Birch, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 6 in the area of E. Westside Avenue and charged with purchasing alcohol under the legal age by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

 

Contempt of Court 

 

• Vincent White, 21, of Neptune City, was arrested on May 18 in the area of W. Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jose G. Camargo, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 13 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Zarica Brazile, 40, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on May 14  in the area of S. Pearl Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Franklin J. Holmes, 50, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on May 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschlidt.

• Kyree Farrow, 19, of Red Bank was arrested on May 11 in the area of Willow Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Victor Rosas-Garcia, 25, of Red Bank was arrested on May 11 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Robert W. Pugliese, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Sarah A.Gordon, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 10 in the area of Spring Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Lori A. Costello, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 7 in the area of Hudson Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Felicia M. Lewis, 22 of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown was arrested on May 7 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschlidt.

• Jose Canseco, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 5 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Jamie M. Antenucci, 28 of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on May 5 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
