The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Tilton Avenue was reported on Sept. 26. The victim reported a vehicle was keyed and both passenger side tires were slashed.

• The theft of two small brown leather bags, valued at $200 each, one containing a Dell laptop, valued at $500, from a motor vehicle in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Sept. 26.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Chestnut Street was reported on Sept. 12. The owner of a motor vehicle reported damage to the interior video screen and radio of the vehicle.

• The theft of two pairs of Apple Airpods, valued at $200, a ziplock bag containing $20-$30 in cash, a pair of RayBan sunglasses, valued at $100, and a pair of reading glasses, valued at $50, from a motor vehicle in the area of Oakland Street was reported on Sept. 12.

• The theft of a blue Cero cargo bike, valued at $3,500, from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Sept. 12.

• The theft of a pair of aviator RayBan sunglasses, a blue Swiss Army knife and $5 in cash from a motor vehicle in the area of Waverly Place was reported on Sept. 12.

• The theft of a package, valued at $160, from the front porch of a residence on W. Sunset Avenue was reported on Sept. 6.
Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Sept. 6. Multiple vehicles were reported to have had damage done to the left sideview mirrors and scratch marks on the passenger side.

• The theft of a black and gold Kate Spade tote bag containing a NJ driver’s license, several debit cards, $40 in cash, a set of car keys and one house key, from the area of Broad Street was reported on Sept. 5.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft of a Red Max hedge trimmer, valued at $600, from the area of E. Westside Avenue, was reported on Sept. 3.
Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.
• The theft of Halloween decorations, valued at $150, from a W. Sunset Avenue property, was reported on Sept. 2.

Arrests
• Luke Brown, 28, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Sept. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Luca Trezza, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Sept. 29 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• David Foggy, 53, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Wikoff Place on Sept. 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Heather Koch, 42, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Sept. 23 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Diego Coj-Tambriz, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 22 and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of weapons, and resisting arrest by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Leticia Escalona-Tlacuatl, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Sept. 22 and charged with possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon by Ptl. Froilan Hernandez.
• Luis Flores-Flores, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Sept. 19 and charged with theft by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Maryanne Santa-Paola, 64, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 18 and charged with terroristic threats by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Octavius May, 49, of Jersey City, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Sept. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Yanna Ventura, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 16 and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Henry Nickens, 27, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Sept. 16 and charged with obstructing administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• David Anderson, 37, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 16 and charged with possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, obstructing administration of law, and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Zachary Santa-Lucia, 24, of Leonardo, was arrested in the area of Allen Place on Sept. 16 and charged with robbery, theft, and simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Oscar Jimenez-Lara, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Sept. 15 and charged with manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing CDS, possession of CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Florio Ra Soilo, 55, of Bayville, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Sept. 15 and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Tayvon Williams, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Sept. 9 and charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief, possession of weapons unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets, and possession of large capacity ammo magazine by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Alexis Silvera-Hernandez, 28, of Elizabeth, was arrested on in the area of Herbert Street on Sept. 9 and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• David Anderson, 53, of Point Pleasant, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Sept. 6 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Skye Smith, 20, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on Sept. 3 and charged with harassment, resisting arrest and criminal mischief by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
