The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Talia Lopez, 24, of Easton Avenue in Somerset, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard and charged with driving while intoxicated.
She was released pending a court date.
• Paige Padla,19, of Statesir Place in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
She was released pending a court date.
• Emanuel Papasavvas, 41, of King George Apartments in Edison, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Detective Kelly Godley and Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with interference with custody, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal restraint, unlawful possession of Xanax, unlawful possession of Suboxone and distribution of Xanax.
He was held on $55,000 bail, set by Judge John Tassini of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
• Gary Stone, 44, of Church Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 24 by Patrolman Ian May and charged with violation of a court order and harassment.
He was released pending a court date.
• Justin Silverstein, 20, of Summerfield Court in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 26 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
• Heather Mowery, 24, of Foster Street in Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 26 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law.
She was released pending a court date.
• Kyle Clayton, 23, of Ironwood Court in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Cpl. Mark Ward and charged with terroristic threats.
He was released pending a court date.
• Michael Noll, 35, of Bayberry Lane in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with simple assault.
He was released after posting $100 bail.
• Kirsten Laneve, 36, of Clinton Street in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie and charged with simple assault.
She was released after posting $1,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Perry Veney, 29, of Willow Street in Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Cpl. Robert McNair and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.
He was held on $500 bail.
• On Aug. 27, Patrolman Adam Colfer arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from Atlantic Highlands, and charged her with simple assault.
She was released pending a court date.
• Tiairani Zapata, 24, of Laurel Street in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with driving while intoxicated.
She was released pending a court date.
• Mark Impellizeri, 33, of Florence Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard and charged with arson.
He was released after posting $7,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Alexander Williams, 18, of Hook Harbor Road in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Patrolman Christopher Dee and charged with defiant trespass.
He was released pending a court date.
• Nicole Kost, 32, of Ocean Boulevard in Leonardo, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Patrolman David Ringkamp and charged with simple assault.
She was released after posting $2,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Stuart Littlewood, 32, of Bay Avenue in Leonardo, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Patrolman Thomas Foster and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Tara Connolly, 19, of Broad Street in Port Monmouth, was arrested on Aug. 28 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone, possession of a prohibited weapon.
She was released pending a court date.
• Christopher Forman, 39, of Tindall Road in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He released pending a court date.
• On Aug. 28, Patrolman Christopher Menendez arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Atlantic Highlands, and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
He was released pending a court date.
• On Aug. 28, Patrolman Christopher Menendez arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from the Leonardo section of Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana within a 1,000 feet of a school zone.
He was released pending a court date.
•On Aug. 30, Cpl. James Keenan arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Lincroft section of Middletown and charged him with defiant trespass.
He was released pending a court date.
• On Aug. 30 Patrolman Christopher Dee arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank and charged him with criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
He was released pending a court date.
• Thomas Jones, 50, of Portland Road in Highlands, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and charged with violation of a court order.
He was released after posting $500 bail.
• Michael Yannotta, 55, of Monmouth Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Kenneth Persico, 48, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with criminal trespass.
He was held on $2,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Varashon McQueen, 45, of Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with criminal trespass.
She was held on $2,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Jamie Kieffer, 50, of Amsterdam Avenue in Toms River, was arrested on Aug. 31 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.
She was released pending a court date.
• Evan Savulich, 19, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 1 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with obstructing a public passage.
He was released pending a court date.
• James Fleming, 22, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 1 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with obstructing a public passage.
He was released pending a court date.
• Christian Lucas, 23, of Emerson Street in Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on Sept. 2 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released pending a court date.
• Edward Dwyer, 25, of Chance Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 3 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of heroin.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jeremy Hurley, 23, of Arnold Drive in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 3 by Patrolman Scott Davis and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jessica Nelson, 34, of Pennsylvania Avenue in Manasquan, was arrested on Sept. 3 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer.
