The following recent arrests were reported by the Middletown police. Arrests do not constitute convictions.
• Michael Olski, 49, of Atlantic Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.
• Dennis Knapp, 44, of Highland Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown was arrested on Feb. 11 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, terroristic threats, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was held on $67,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Mark Jennings, 43, of Newman Springs Road in Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 11 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released pending a court date.
• Abraham Diaznieto, 50, of Route 35 in Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 11 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth and charged with driving while suspended for a DWI conviction.
He was released pending a court date.
• Domenick Oneto, 26, of Pine Cluster Circle in Manalapan, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth on non-support warrants issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
He was held on $87,161.49 bail.
• Anthony Schiano, 26, of Ohio Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and charged with possession of heroin.
He was released pending a court date.
• Dennis Downey, 57, of St. John’s Place in Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Patrolman Stephanie Geisel and charged with disorderly conduct and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.
He was held on $367 bail.
• Rodney Reid, 63, of Plaza De La Trinidad in Freehold, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth and charged with simple assault.
He was released on $1,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Michael Parulis, 47, of Main Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 12 by Patrolman Jesse Toma and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Daniel Taylor, 26, of Cedar Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 14 by Patrolman William Rodewald and charged with shoplifting from the Rite Aid Pharmacy.
He was released pending a court date.
• Eleni Berry, 34, of Route 590 in Lackawaxen, PA, was arrested on Feb. 13 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia and charged with possession of cocaine , possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
She was released pending a court date.
• Michael Miles, 21, of Manymind Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Feb. 13 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
• On Feb. 15, Patrolman Michael Reuter arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, and a 17-year-old male juvenile from Middletown, and charged them with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
Both juveniles were released pending a court date.
• Joseph Bustin, 35, of Sherwood Avenue in Keyport, was arrested on Feb. 17 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and charged with providing false information to a police officer, hindering apprehension, obstructing the administration of law and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Woodbridge municipal courts.
He was held on $618 bail.
• Tyrone Kuziw, 47, of Carter Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 17 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine within 500 feet of a public park, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing the administration of law, tampering with evidence and harassment.
He was held on $59,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Michael Slevin, 25, of Pacific Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 19 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Louis Rabenda, 80, of Hancock Court in Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 21 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Matthew Leitch, 28, of Shore Road in Union Beach, was arrested on Feb. 21 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
• Brian Dorsey, 46, of Fourth Street in West Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 20 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jon Morgan, 25, of Willis Place in Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 20 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and charged with shoplifting from the Sears store on Route 35 and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Middletown municipal courts.
He was held on $275 bail.
• Kristie Lepard, 24, of Kentucky Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 20 by Cpl. Robert McNair on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court and possession of heroin.
She was held on $250 bail.
• Cole Murch, 18, of Latham Avenue in the Navesink section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 20 by Cpl. Carl Roth and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and terroristic threats.
He was held on $7,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• On Feb. 21, Patrolman Raymond Sofield arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Middletown, and charged him with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of an imitation firearm, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.
• Pedro Rodriguez, 58, of Port Monmouth Road in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 22 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of cocaine.
He was released pending a court date.
• Karen Josko, 43, of Clubhouse Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 23 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with disorderly conduct.
She was released pending a court date.
