The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Anthony Russo-Forgione, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), less than 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Justin M. Mayes-Wiggs, 19, of Neptune, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Montgomery Terrace and charged with robbery and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Colin Schmetzer, 26, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with unlawful taking by means of conveyance by Inv. Paul Perez.

• David Aochoa, 38, of Fair Haven, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with burglary and theft by Inv. Paul Perez.

• Jay Douglas Patten, 36, of Long Branch, was arrested on July 13 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr.

• Daniel Quinn, 26, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on July 17 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. David Hicks.

• John P. Winkler, 25, of Laurence Harbor, was arrested on July 17 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Vincent J. Zolnoski, 55, of Bay Head, was arrested on July 18 in the area of Route 35 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Geoffrey Heckelman, 25, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 25 in the area of Hubbard Avenue and charged with possession of prescription drugs and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

Contempt of Court

• Kailee A. Heagney, 23, of Rumson, was arrested on July 25 in the area of Spring Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman David Smith.

• Trisha E. Brown, 25, of Carteret, was arrested on July 25 in the area of Maple Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Artis D. Edwards, 54, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 24 in the area of Sunset Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Delkeith K. Birch, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 23 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Trisha C. Henry, 35, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 23 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Iquan Satee Rainey, 29, of Jackson, was arrested on July 21 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Padlock.

• Douglas Lee Tindal, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 19 in the area of Locust Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Anthony Lee Evans, 45, of Eatontown, was arrested on July 19 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• David Earl Farrow, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 18 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Arthur S. Deekin, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 17 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Hans Prach, 59, of Long Branch, was arrested on July 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant  by Patrolman Sean Hauschlidt.

• Lamont A. Atkinson, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 14 in the area of Spring Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr.

• Romel V. Lahens, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on July 11 in the area of White Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Nicholas G. Domanski, 26, of Florham Park, was arrested on July 10 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Yekene Rhynes, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 10 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Jaime Palacios-Rivera, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 8 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

• Yvon P. Jusma, 42, of Piscataway, was arrested on July 8 in the area of White Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Timothy P. Emmott, 30, of Little Falls, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Shawn A. Trapp, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Bank Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Dean G. Vallis, 60, of Wall, was arrested on July 6 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
