A report detailing the findings of an official misconduct investigation conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office (MCPO) Professional Responsibility Unit (PRU) into actions by Bradley Beach Police Chief Leonard Guida has been publicly released today at the order of Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S.
