The following August criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• A gold Luis Vuitton ring, valued at $200, was reported stolen from a glass showcase of a business in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 24.
Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.
• A green fluorescent Penny Board skate board with orange wheels, stickers on top with cartoons and a cut out revealing the name Penny was reported stolen from the area of Maple Avenue on Aug. 22. The skateboard is valued at $200.

• A locked grey and lime green Haro double suspension mountain bicycle, valued at $900, was reported stolen on Aug. 22 from the area of Maple Avenue.

• An Apple iPhone 7, valued at $500, was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 6.

• Two locked bicycles, a black and a white beach cruiser, valued at $350 each, were reported stolen on Aug. 3 from the area of Mechanic Street.
Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe took the report.
• An unlocked black Elektra men’s beach cruiser bicycle with a green stripe, valued at $350, was reported stolen from the area of Wallace and Broad streets on Aug. 2.

Arrests
• Robert Allen, 37, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 31 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Oscar Perez-Lopez, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Aug. 31 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Jaqueline Hernandez-Morales, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 30 and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Jonathan Bonilla-Serbian, 19, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Homere Breton, 55, of Englishtown, was arrested in the area of Boat Club Court on Aug. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Aimee Nalepa, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on Aug. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Oliver Romero-Nava, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 25 and charged with aggravated assault, criminal restraint, aggravated criminal sexual contact, and possession of marijuana by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Carmelo Tula-Cinto, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 24 and charged with invasion of privacy and harassment by Detective Paul Perez.
• John Fink, 21, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on Aug. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Mykayla Sestito, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Aug. 23 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• James Koenig, 62, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Aug. 22 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Nicholas Brown, 42, of New Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Aug. 22 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, possession a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a park, and intent to distribute by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Luis Perez-Carrillo, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Aug. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Richard Newmeyer, 58, of Whiting, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Aug. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Luis Crespo, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Aug. 21 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Juan Quezada-Caranza, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Riverside Gardens Park on Aug. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Edward Rivera, 26, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Marine Park on Aug. 19 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO Matthew Benjamin.
• Alvin Jones, 43, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 16 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Jeronimo Torres-Narvaez, 48, of New Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 15 and charged with possession of marijuana and contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Ignacio Campa-Aguacaliente, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Aug. 14 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Douglas Hernandez-Monge, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Aug. 12 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Krista Strong, 28, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 11 and charged with contempt of court and possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Travis Huston, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Aug. 9 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Frank Gallo, 72, of West Windsor, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Aug. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
**Police reported 17 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
