Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, Marijuana Possession & More

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. 

• A theft was reported to have occurred at a Water Street drug store on Nov. 6. The victim reported that someone stole money from her wallet.

Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.

• The was a report of criminal mischief on Bridge Avenue on Nov. 7. The victim reported that someone threw a brick at a parked car, causing cracks i the windshield and dents in the hood.

Partrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Nov. 9 at a Shrewsbury Avenue business. The victim reported that a black male entered the business through the rear door and stole an employee’s wallet, containing a debit card and cash, and then fled on a bicycle.

Patrolman David Smith took the report.

• An act of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Nov. 9 and 10 on West Street. The victim reported that someone damaged a parked vehicle by scratching the rear driver’s side door and ripping off the rear windshield wiper.

Arrests

• Joseph Yannibelli, 38, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 10 in the area of Pinckney Road and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Geroge McDonald, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 9 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Brian Williams, 21, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 7 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• A 17-year-old male juvenile of Red Bank was arrested on Nov. 7 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Sarah Pricoli, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 6 in the area of Alston Court and charged with harassment by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Hipolito Bautist-Ortiz, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 6 in the area of River Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Contempt of Court

• Kyler Robertson, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 6 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Nicole Breedlove, 45, of Howell, was arrested on Nov. 7 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Christopher Tremper, 42, of Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Spring Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• Antwuan Gary, 29, of Neptune, was arrested on Nov. 6 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia charge by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
