The following arrest and crime reports were obtained from recent Red Bank police records. Arrests do not constitute convictions.

Criminal incident report

• An iPhone was reported stolen from a cafe at 21 Monmouth St. on Jan. 28.

Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.

Arrests

• Samantha Dietrich, 27, of Shrewsbury, was arrested by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt on Jan. 28 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), less than 50 grams of marijuana.

• Javier Rodriguez-Rosales, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Kristin Altimari on Jan. 28 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

• Ruben Perez-Capulin, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Jorge Torres on Jan. 27 and charged with simple assault.

• Jesse Pate, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Benjamin Springer on Jan. 27 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Charles Laing, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Shane Dengel on Jan. 26 in the area of Spring Street and charged with harassment, COC [Contempt of Court].

• Christopher Gibbons, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto on Jan. 25 in the area of Spring Street and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Travis Lane, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area of W. Bergen Place, by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt, on a contempt of court (COC) charge.

• Collin Morris, 29, of Sea Bright, was arrested on Jan. 24  in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Juana Campos, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Jan. 24 by Patrolman Kristin Altimari and charged with simple assault.

• Erick Mendoza-Ramirez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 24 in the area of Chapin Avenue by Sgt. Joey Fields and charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

• Marika Laing, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich on Jan. 23 in the area of Bank Street on a contempt of court charge.

• Mark Douglas, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 23 in the area of E. Westside Avenue  by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto on a contempt of court (COC) charge.

• Maryann Costa, 28, of Fair Haven was arrested by Patrolman Thomas Doremus on Jan. 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
