Rumson Police Report: Theft, DUI, Marijuana

The following January arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

 • Susan N. Ryerson, 62, of Oceanport, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Harding Lane on Jan. 28 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and other motor vehicle offenses by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• John F. Sullivan Jr. was arrested on Jan. 26 and charged with third-degree theft by Detective Sgt. Christopher Isherwood and Patrolman Cody Lovgren.

Sullivan was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

• Stephanie Koukounas, 27, of New York, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Buttonwood Lane on Jan. 26 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Michael Berger.

•  John P. Haskell, 27, of Texas, was arrested in the area of 74 Ridge Road on Jan. 21 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and other motor vehicle offenses by Patrolman Richard Torres.

Contempt of Court

• S/O II Donald Morse arrested Brittany Maguire, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 21 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer II Donald Morse.

Maguire was released after posting $164 bail.

John P. Kennedy, 57, of Rumson, was arrested on Jan. 10 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Donald Schneider.

Kennedy was released after posting $500 bail.

Rumson Police Report: Theft, Marijuana, DUI, Assault, Disorderly

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Barbara Stypulkowska, 38, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with theft by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

• William Calton, 21, of Oceanport, was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and simple assault by Special Officer Donald Morse.

• Debbie Puth, 56, of Rumson, was arrested on Aug. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct by Lt. Christopher York.

• Raymond Stulb, 46, of Wall, was arrested on July 19 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cody Lovgren.

• Timothy Robinson, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 10 in the area of East River Road and North Street and charged with criminal mischief by Special Officer Donald Morse.

• Steven Ciardiello, 45, of Fair Haven, was arrested on July 10 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Donald Morse.

• Jenna Schneck, 19, of Belmar, was arrested on July 10 by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli and charged with  possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael Allan, 60, of Colonia, was arrested on July 3 and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and impersonating a public servant or law enforcement officer by Special Officer Michael Berger.

  

Rumson Police Report: Burglary, Theft, DUI, Defiant Trespass

The following recent arrests and criminal incidents were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Heriberto Cruz-Rios, 43, of New Brunswick, was arrested on Oct. 10 by Special Officer Michael Berger and charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Deisy Aguiar, 53, of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 18 by Patrolman Richard Torres and charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

She was released pending a court date.

Rumson Police Make Several DUI Arrests

The following arrests were made by Rumson police in August and September. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Julia Mannion, 21, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Hartshorne Lane and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Daniel Campanella .

• Paul Ritchie, 45, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Aug. 14 in the area of Ridge Road and Bingham Avenue and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) b Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

Fair Haven Police Beat: Theft, Tax Fraud, DUI & More

Fair Haven police reported the following April arrests and incidents. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• An Oxford Avenue resident reported on April 3 that someone had attempted to defraud them through a PayPal account.

Patrolman John Koetzner took the report.

• Janienn Dastagirzada, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 9 after an active traffic warrant for her arrest was located during a call for service.

She was released after posting full cash bail. Detective Stephen Schneider made the arrest.

• Mark Maroney, 38, of the Locust section of Middletown, was arrested on April 11 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, speeding and refusal to submit to chemical testing of his breath following a traffic stop for speeding.

Patrolman William Lagrotteria made the arrest. Maroney was released pending a court appearance at Fair Haven Municipal Court.

• A Parker Avenue resident reported the theft of a cell phone on April 13.

Patrolman Christian Hostrup took the report.

• A Spruce Drive resident on April 13 reported that an unknown person had filed a fraudulent tax return using the victim’s social security number.

Patrolman John Koetzner took the report.

• A Cambridge Avenue resident reported on April 16 that an unknown person had filed a fraudulent tax return using the victim’s social security number.

Cpl. John Waltz took the report.

• William Crawford, 22, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 17 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following a motor vehicle stop. Crawford also received citations for failure to maintain lane, and reckless driving.

Special Officer Brooks Robinson made the arrest. Crawford  was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

• A Church Street resident reported on April 23 the theft of copper piping from his  residence’s A/C unit.

Patrolman Eric Patton took the report.

• Alan Sharpiro, 46, of Rumson, was arrested on April 26 after an active warrant was located during a traffic stop. Sharpiro was transported to headquarters where he was processed and later released after posting full cash bail.

Special Officer Brooks Robinson made the arrest.

• A Navesink Avenue resident on April 28 reported the theft of a plastic pipe from his property.

Patrolman Eric Patton took the report and is investigating.
