The following October arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• John P. Theobald, 58, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Oct. 19 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), reckless driving and a marked lanes violation by Special Officer II Monoiqu Lopez.
• Craig T. Haywood, 23, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), reckless driving, careless driving and following/space traffic violation by Patrolman Christopher Panduri.
• Victoriano Romero-Castillo, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with an outstanding warrant by Patrolman Ty Manning.
