An investigation has found that a husband and wife who were found dead in their Marlboro home earlier this week appear to have died as a result of a murder-suicide, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey announced on Thursday.
The case background …
At 2:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, Marlboro police responded to a residence on Albermarle Drive after receiving a request for a welfare check. Upon arrival, responding officers found the victim of the alleged murder, Priscilla Badua, 68, and her husband, Felino Badua, Jr., 66, both dead.
An autopsy conducted by the Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed that the manner of death for the couple was homicide and suicide, respectively. The wife, Priscilla, was murdered by her husband, according to autopsy findings, and Felino, the husband died by suicide.
Anyone with information about this matter is urged to contact MCPO Detective Joshua Rios at 800-533-7443 or Marlboro Police Department Detective Michael Pecoraro at 732-536-0100.
