The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Arthur Place was reported on Dec. 29. It was reported that a parked vehicle had trash thrown on its hood and the front and rear diver’s side tires were slashed.

Patrolman Darren M. McConnell took the report.

Arrests

• Matthew Horn, 40, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 30 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Demond J. Hill, 18, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Route 35 north on Dec. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO Tony Arden.

• Douglas Lee Tindal, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Dec. 26 and charged with contempt and harassment by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Jessica Brunelli, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Union Street on Dec. 24 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Keith Phillips, 33, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 23 and charged with theft of services by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Connor Riley, 24, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Dec. 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Bernhard Guzman, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area Warf Avenue on Dec. 17 and charged with criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Contempt of Court 

• Christopher McPherson, 25, of Pelham, NC, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Erin McCaffrey, 19, of Sea Bright, was in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Malherbe Pothier, 30, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 29 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Artis Edwards, 55, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 28 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Daniel Mendoza, 28, of Belmar, was arrested in the area of Tower Hill Avenue on Dec. 26 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Robert J. Lahey, 26, of Laurence Harbor, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 26 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Alison Slick, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 23 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Brionna Wells, 25, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of East Newman Springs Road on Dec. 22 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Leilani Durham, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 21 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Segundo Azogue, 35, of Irvington, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 21 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Thomas Armstrong, 35, of Red Band, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Dec. 21 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Omar Ortiz, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Lauren Foley, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Dec. 19 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Raul Barrett, 20, of Forked River, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 19 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Amy Matheny, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area Chestnut Street on Dec. 16 and charged with obstructing the administration law and contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• James Hickey, 56, of Long Island City, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 16 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Kenneth Redman, 56, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Dec. 16 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
