The following May criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on May 29. A patrol unit reported damage to traffic barricades and cones.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Montgomery Terrace was reported on May 29. A tire of a vehicle, valued at $300, was reportedly slashed.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Linden Place was reported on May 25. A vehicle owner reported large scratches on the driver’s side doors, hood and windshield.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Spring Street was reported. The owner of a vehicle reported a chrome grill piece, valued at $200 to $300, was removed.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of $700 in cash from a wallet in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on May 20.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Marine Park was reported on May 19. Graffiti was found on the door of the women’s restroom in Marine Park.
Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bank Street was reported on May 17. Sidewalks had been tagged with graffiti.
Patrolman Christian Nelson took the report.
• The theft of a black Heybike with large tires and mirrors attached to each handlebar from a Catherine Street back yard was reported on May 13. The bike is valued at $1,226.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of W. Bergen Place was reported on May 7. A building was tagged with graffiti in blue spray paint lettering.

• The theft of two bicycles from the area of Montgomery Terrace was reported on May 3. One bike was a white and red Mongoose with oversized tires valued at $260. The other was a black and pink Huffy valued at $120.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on May 2. Graffiti was scrolled on a stop sign.
Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.
• The theft of an engagement ring, valued at $2,500, from a Spring Street residence was reported on May 1.

Arrests
• Ryan Hargadon, 30, of Bloomfield, was arrested in the area of White Street on May 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Tomas Chavez-Lopez, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 29 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Danielle Moore, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• George Barrett, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on May 27 and charged with defiant trespass and harassment by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Evan Ardine, 34, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 27 and charged with shoplifting and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Luis Martinez, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Daniel Orr, 34, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 24 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Frederick Simzer, 36, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 24 and charged with contempt of court, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession/distribution of hypodermic syringe or needle, hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Hunter Forman, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on May 20 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and contempt by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Evan Ardine, 34, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 17 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Gabriel Barrios-Tiro, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of White Street Parking Lot on May 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Jessica Lane, 34, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 13 and charged with theft and criminal trespass by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Marcelo Campillay, 51, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of River Road on May 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Melvin Brown, 36, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on May 7 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Thomas Lynn, 47, of Bayonne, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on May 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Michael Bryan-Rubenzer, 28, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on May 1 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
