The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Jan. 15 at a West Front Street business. The owner reported that someone spray painted graffiti onto the side of the building.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Jan. 15 at White Street, West Front Street and Monmouth Street businesses. The owners of the businesses reported that someone spray painted graffiti onto the side of the buildings.

• A theft was reported to have occurred at a Locust Avenue apartment on Jan. 15. The tenant reported that a Hispanic male approached the door of the apartment and said he had been instructed to exterminate the residence and that the tenant would have to vacate the apartment for 15 minutes. The tenant complied and, upon his return, discovered that jewelry (two gold necklaces and one gold bracelet) had been stolen from residence.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Jan. 14 and 16 at an Okland Street property. The victim reported that someone forced open the shed in the rear of yard and stole two Leaf blowers and one weed whacker.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Jan. 17 and 18 at a Spring Street apartment. The victim reported that someone scratched the rear panel driver’s side of a parked vehicle.

Arrests
• Lisa Fragapane, 38, of Old Bridge, was arrested on Jan. 17 in the area of West Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Officer McConnell.
• Matthew Colvin, 20, of Lamar, AR was arrested on Jan. 15 in the area of Westside Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Justin Allison, 26, of Ocean Township, was arrested on Jan. 14 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Tamika Portee, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 19 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Justin Caputo, 25, of Perth Amboy, was arrested on Jan. 19 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Taabef Smith, 24, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Jan. 16 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• McCormick Williams, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 15 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
