The following January criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Jan. 23. An employee reported a broken window valued at $500.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An employee from a gas station on Newman Springs Road reported on Jan. 21 that someone left the station without paying for gas.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of roughly $150 to $160 from an unlocked vehicle in the area of Broad Street was reported on Jan. 18.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Willow Street was reported on Jan. 17. The owner of a vehicle reported that a tire, valued at $300, was slashed.

Arrests
• Amanda Johnson, 30, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 30 and charged with hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Bobby Lawrence, 59, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with making terroristic threats by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Nihjer Hill, 25, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 19 and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Esequiel Duarte-Lezama, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on Jan. 18 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Scott Sweeney, 54, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Jan. 15 and charged with defiant trespass and criminal mischief by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Ana Campos-Flores, 23, of Belford, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Jan. 15 and charged with hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Bernard Munzelle, 21, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 15 and charged with possession of prescription legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Alejandro Ramos, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Jan. 14 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Madena Paschal-Williams, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 9 and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Florencio Escalona-Flores, 44, of Jamesburg, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Jan. 6 and charged with criminal mischief by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Seyonae Martin, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Cedar Crossing on Jan. 1 and charged with simple assault and harassment by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
**Police reported 12 arrests on contempt of court warrants.**
