The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Marine Park was reported on March 1. Graffiti was reportedly spray painted on the fire department’s shed.

Arrests 

• Meghan Rooney, 31, of Kittery Point, Me, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on March 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Douglas Lee Tindal, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on March 13 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by SLEO Tony Ardon.

• Mark Delaney, 41, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on March 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Timothy Milian, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on March 9 and charged with theft by SLEO Luke Cahill.

• Peter White, 21, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 8  and charged with theft by Lt. Wendy Samis.

• Tawny Jones, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on March 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), prescription legend drugs, and contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Jonathan Ritger, 29, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Globe Court on March 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Reynold Hill, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area f Gold street on March 2 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Christian Burke, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Harding Road on March 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Contempt of Court 

• David Foggy, 47, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Mommouth Street on March 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• David Bender, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Wallace Street on March 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Thomas Matyola Jr., 32, of Bay Head, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Capt. Michael Frazee.

• Sebastian Moon, 27, of Manalapan, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on March 14 on a contempt of court warrant by Lt. Errico Vescio.

• Kim Wilson, 55, of Allenhurst, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 14 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Thomas Armstrong, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on March 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Travis Ally, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on March 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Felicia Foster, 24, of Manalapan, was arrested in the area of Wallace Street on March 12 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Tony Ardon.

• Vincent Fasano, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Wallace Street on March 12 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Tony Ardon.

• Devonte Clarke-Young, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 11 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• James Harrison, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on March 7 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Mark Beil, 33, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 5 on a contempt of court warrant by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Robert Spinelli, 23, of Port Monmouth, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on March 5 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Robyn Gedrich, 26, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 4 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Laura Christopher, 34, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 3 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• Thomas Nicholas, 35, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 2 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Emily Heun, 33, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on March 1 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Tony Ardon.
