The following August criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of light bulbs, valued at $21, from a residence on Leonard Street was reported on Aug. 30.

• The theft of a Red Max leaf blower, valued at $800, from a building on a Drummond Avenue property was reported on Aug. 26.
Patrolman Christian Nelson took the report.
• The theft of a red Toro lawnmower, valued at $500, from a Bridge Avenue residence was reported on Aug. 23.
Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.
• The theft of a green Jamis bicycle, valued at $700, from a Washington Street residence was reported on Aug. 20.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Catherine Street was reported on Aug. 19. Two buildings were tagged with black spray painted graffiti.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Aug. 16. The side of a building was tagged with black spray paint.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Mohawk Lane was reported on Aug. 15. An employee reported damage to a gate for baseball fields.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Spring Street was reported on Aug. 12. The owner of a vehicle reported that it had been egged.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of River Street was reported on Aug. 12. The owner of a vehicle reported that it had been egged.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 7. A property manager reported multiple locations on the property were tagged with white and black paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of S. Pearl Street was reported on Aug. 2. The door on a property was tagged with blue paint.

Arrests
• Kyle Pietila, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Reckless Place on Aug. 31 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Thomas Ilg, 43, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Aug. 30 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Rodmad Garcia-Garcia, 25, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Aug. 29 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Ethan Pearl, 24, of East Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 29 and charged with possession of CDS, unlawful possession of weapons, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Brett Schweyher, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on Aug. 27 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Juan Garcia, 24, of N. Plainfield, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. George Travostino.
• Israel Perez-Garcia, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Aug. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Boris Morocho-Juca, 27, of Flushing, NY, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Aug. 24 and charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief, hindering apprehension, and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Jimmy Salozar-Cardenas, 27, of Woodside, NY, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Aug. 24 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Christopher Menarcaja-Perez, 23, of Queens, NY, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Aug. 24 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Kevin Lema-Saldana, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 23 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Angel Idrovo-Cadmen, 40, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 23 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Benjamin Shulman, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Aug. 21 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Jonathan Bonilla-Sibrian, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Aug. 19 and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Jose Pena-Carrillo, 49, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on Aug. 19 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.
• Eligio Martinez-Rojas, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Aug. 14 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Abraham Flores-Ponce, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Sunset Avenue on Aug. 10 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Hector Marroquin-Garcia, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Aug. 9 and charged with sexual assault by Detective Paul Perez.
• Garcia, 34, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 5 and charged with theft by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Michael Hayden, 35, of Branchburg, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Aug. 3 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• John Phillips, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 1 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Frank Metta.
