The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Taylor Gandino, 29, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Drummond Place on Aug. 26 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hypo syringe and on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Jonathan Cohen, 31, of West Orange, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on Aug. 26 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• David Hankins, 28, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Aug. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Andrew Miller, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leroy Place on Aug. 25 and charged with possession of a hypo syringe and on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Juan De Jesus-Rojano, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 24 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Javier Sandoval-Villarreal, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 22 and charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective James DePonte.

• Grace Breslin, 20, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Henry Street on Aug. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Jason Overton, 36, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 19 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Erick Medonza Ramirez, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Westside Avenue on Aug. 18 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Steven Rhoden, 61, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of East Bergen Place on Aug. 17 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Victor Garcia, 27, of Corona, NY, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 17 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by OFC Luke Cahill.

• Sandy Espinosa, 23, of Bloomfield, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 17 and charged with driving while suspended by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Edwin Segura, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Leonard Zuransky, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Tammy Houghton, 55, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Aug. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Angel Villegas-Hernandez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Artis Edwards, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 29 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Porfirio Perez-Rosas, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 27 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
