The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a report of a shoplifting in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 2. The victim reported that merchandise was stolen.
Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.
• A shoplifting of $946 worth of merchandise from a store the area of Broad Street was reported on Nov. 2.
Patrolman Ralph Latham is investigating.
Arrests
• Richard A. Cordasco, 66, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Tracy Polk.
• Katherine Lehmann, 41, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Nov. 6 and charged with shoplifting by SLEO II Thomas O’Horo.
** Police reported two arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
