The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Nicolas Walker, 22, of Palmer Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 18 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

He was held on $22,500 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Rose Gonsalves, 29, of Monmouth Parkway in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 20 by Patrolman David Ringkamp and charged with  disorderly conduct.

She was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 20, Police Officer Larissa Doriety arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Atlantic Highlands, and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 20, Cpl. James Keenan arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Leonardo and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 20, Cpl. James Keenan arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Atlantic Highlands and charged him with terroristic threats and possession of a prohibited weapon.

He was released pending a court date.

• Robert Crocker, 52, of Bay 20th Street in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on Dec. 21 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

He was held on $27,500 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonneblick.

• Jason Woods, 35, of Zerman Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 21 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 21, Patrolman Adam Colfer arrested a 16-year-old female, a 17-year-old female, a 16-year-old male, a 13-year-old male, a 12-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, all from Keansburg, and charged them with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All juveniles were released pending a court date.

• Veronica Stone, 21, of Lohsen Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 22 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• John Topping,  55, of Dakota Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 22 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Camille Luckewicz, 22, of South Street in Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 23 by Patrolman Michael Heaton and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Christine Dolly, 25, of Leonardville Road in the Belford section of Middletow, was arrested on Dec. 23 by Patrolman Nicholas Venezia and charged with shoplifting, possession of a hypodermic syringe, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• Lauren Papworth, 22, of Oakland Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 23 by Patrolman Greg Bukowski and charged with shoplifting, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• Shaun Alt, 18, of Parkside Place in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Suzette Perez, 36, of Grand Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with  driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Joseph Connor, 26, of Glenloch Street in Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with obstructing a public passage, disorderly conduct, obstructing the administration of law and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Carmine Gennarelli, 46, of Edgemoor Road in Belford, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Patrolman Christopher Melendez and charged with unlawful taking of a means of conveyance.

He was released pending a court date.

• Joseph Maluta, 22, of Morgan Road in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 24 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia for theft by deception, use of a stolen credit card, and credit card theft.

He was held on $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Jonathan Fernandes, 27, of Pease Road in Manalapan, was arrested on Dec. 26 by Patrolman Sean Barry and charged with criminal mischief.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Nicole Doherty, 34, of First Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 26 by Patrolman Sean Barry and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Lisa Walke, 21, of Bonafede Court in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 27 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

• Rebecca Kruse, 20, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 27 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

• Anthany Grant, 29, from Main Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 27 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with possession of crack cocaine and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $25,483 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Justin Johnson, 18, of Greenfield Way in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 27 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Denise Giuriceo, 41, of Greenfield Way in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 27 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 28, Detective Kelly Godley arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with simple assault and criminal mischief.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michele Fuertez, 32, of South Holly Avenue in Hazlet, was arrested on Dec. 30 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

She was held on $8,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Islam Arafa, 38, of Scarborough Way in Marlboro, was arrested on Dec. 30 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

He was held on $8,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Gary Unger, 55, of Denise Drive in Edison, was arrested on Dec. 30 by Patrolman Sean Barry and charged with simple assault.

He was held on $2,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Kaity Aviles, 24, of Grove Place in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 30 by Patrolman Frank Mazza for driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Peter Sadecki, 27, of Walada Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 31 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of Percocet, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public, park, and possession of crack cocaine with Intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park.

He was held on $140,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Garrett Baum, 18, from Lombardi Court in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 31 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Michelle Squillante, 45, of Wayne Avenue in Stoney Point, NY, was arrested on Dec. 31 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• Ashley Banach, 26, of Ideal Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 31 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released after posting $300 bail.

• Alexa Demaria, 18, of Serpentine Drive in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 31 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a false driver’s license.

She was released pending a court date.
