Word spread quickly among Rumson-Fair Haven area people after a video showing a scuffle and attempted stabbing on Thursday at the upscale Red Horse Restaurant, the former Fromagerie, in Rumson.
A 75-year-old out-of-state restaurant patron was charged with aggravated assault and related charges stemming from the incident.
The following July criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

“Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 23, the Monmouth University Police Department received reports indicating that students and faculty had received an email from an individual alleging that they were armed and hiding on campus, where a dangerous device had also been placed.
