The RFH Band has played on … and on … and on for decades. And with the RFH Marching Band’s latest triumph as a Tournament of Bands champ, it was only fitting that a retro tribute to the band be played.
Former longtime Fair Havenite LaVanche Eleanor Walker Weber, known to one and all as “Lee”, passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 23, at home with her children by her side. She was 97.
The weekend will start with a DWI checkpoint in Monmouth County starting on Friday night and running into early Saturday morning, the Monmouth County DWI Task Force announced.
