The following April arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Arrests
• John E. Niederer, 28, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Ocean Avenue and Via Ripa on April 26 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI), and related motor vehicle offenses.
• Vincent J. Keane, 21, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested in the area of Ocean Avenue on April 19 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI), open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and related motor vehicle offenses.
• Oliver Tineo-Santana, 24, of Long Branch, was arrested at Donovan’s Reef on April 17 and charged with disorderly conduct.
