
Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge replacement activity is on its status quo construction hours schedule, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through Friday, weather permitting, with a schedule of the new bridge openings in effect. The current schedule for the new bridge span is as follows:

Dates and times are subject to change based on weather conditions and production factors.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has jurisdiction over the navigational channel. USCG may grant permission for partial closures of the channel and/or for temporary deviation from normal drawbridge operations. Monmouth County must comply with instructions from USCG.

- Be aware of traffic pattern changes and possible travel delays in Sea Bright at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Rumson Road.
- Be aware of traffic pattern changes and possible travel delays in Rumson at the intersection of Rumson Road with South Ward and Ward avenues
- Construction and delivery vehicles will continue entering and exiting the work areas on both sides of Rumson Road in Rumson and on the southbound side of Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright.
- Temporary delays are possible on any contractor work day due to movement of construction vehicles and equipment.
- The south side (eastbound) sidewalk of the bridge is closed.
