Don’t try this at home!

It’s the balloons. Yeah, the balloons are the dangerous party tools, not the girls. Yet, while it’s doubtful that anyone would call these “innocents” of the ’70s tools, it’s a sure bet that the combination of RFH girls could be dangerous — dangerously fun, that is.

You saw them (or a few of them) a few days ago — still at it nearly 50 years later. Now, you can see that there’s evidence of the partying memories made among Rumson-raised friends and RFH grads.

It’s not particularly clear what’s going on here, except that it was a balloon-festooned party of some sort. Birthday? Balloon animal making class? Ahem. Could be either or both. But which is the birthday girl of about half a century ago here? Ouch. Sorry, girls.

No mind, though. This crew still looks the same and has the same amount of endless kid vitality. So, if you’re looking for some hope for your partying future, look no further.
