A woman pleaded guilty Monday morning to pilfering more than $75,000 from the ophthalmology office where she worked, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced on Monday.

Two Motorcyclists Die in Rumson Accident
A man and woman were killed in a motorcycle accident in Rumson on Saturday evening, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced.
John J. Berry Jr., 29, of Atlantic Highlands, and his passenger, Stephanie Hogan 28, of Red Bank, were riding a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle westbound on Hartshorne Road at 7:20 p.m.. As they approached the intersection of Navesink Avenue, where Hartshorne Road becomes Ridge Road, they struck a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Both riders were ejected from the motorcycle, sustained major injuries.
Berry and Hogan were pronounced dead at the scene at 8:02 p.m.
The driver of the Wrangler and one passenger, both minors, stopped and remained on scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, and Rumson Police Department and the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team (SCART).
