The following June arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Arrests
• Michael Hammer, 36, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Waterman Avenue on June 29 on an outstanding warrant out of Wall Township Municipal Court.
• Gina Russomanno, 58, of Rumson, was arrested at Rumson Police Headquarters on June 27 and charged with violating a court order by Patrolman Hannah Certo.
• Asim Ayoub, 35, of Irvington, was arrested on June 21 and charged with harassment stemming from a reported incident in the area of Wardell Avenue.
• Alexander Jimenez, 43, of Perth Amboy, was arrested on June 20 in the area of Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright on an outstanding warrant out of Woodbridge Municipal Court.
• Andrew Loughlin, 55, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of North Rohallian Drive on June 12 and charged with maintaining a nuisance and making property available for underage consumption of alcohol by Patrolman Donald Morse.
• Matthew Armstrong, 34, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Rumson Country Club and charged with simple assault by Patrolman James Wrightington.
