Simple Summer: Tubing on the Navesink

It’s a simple way to enjoy summer, especially in pandemic distancing times — tubing on a Thursday afternoon.

These two tubers were making the most of the sunshine, serenity and Navesink River time at Victory Park in Rumson by taking to the tubes for a good relaxation float. There were some “Come on in, the water’s fine” waves, too.

There also wasn’t a boater’s wake in sight to quake or shake the calm.

Now, that’s a good simple summer time. River time and, yes, the livin’ is easy. Take a look, take it all in and exhale so very slowly. Ahhhhhh …
