The following August and September arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. DUI is a motor vehicle offense.
• Juan Flores Escobar, 35, of Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Michael Berger.
• Taylor Tuthill, 35, of Oceanport, was arrested on Aug. 26 in the area of Rumson Road and Club Way and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer Michael Ragno.
• Abbey O’Malley, 54, of Locust, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Joseph Strohmenger.
