Rumson Police Report: Drugs, Burglary Warrant, DUIs, Disorderly, Obstruction

The following November arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

  • Nicholas Savino, 54, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Ridge and Hance roads on Nov. 27 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI) by Patrolman Donald Morse.
  • Emma Cosgrove, 18, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Drive and Osprey Lane on Nov. 24 and charged with for disorderly conduct and obstruction of a law enforcement official by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
  • Jose Gabriel Gonzalez Acevedo, 42, of Brandon, FL, was arrested on Nov. 26 and charged with for operating a motor vehicle while suspended and contempt of court on seven active warrants by Patrolman Logan Keefer.
  • Steven Gimbelman, 67, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Ridge Road and Forrest Avenue on Nov. 24 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI) by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
  • Joanne Stoia, 57, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Bingham Avenue on Nov. 23 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI) by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
  • Christopher Capaldo, 52, of Brooklyn, NYC, was arrested in the area of Rumson and Tuxedo roads on Nov. 22 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI) by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
  • Cristiano Salvini, 21, of Fayetteville, NC, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Lakeside Drive on Nov. 16 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and contempt of court by Patrolman James Camilleri. Salvini was turned over to the Middletown police on an active warrant for burglary.
