The following July arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. DUI is a motor vehicle offense in the state of NJ.
• Myles Wester, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson and Hance roads on July 31 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI) by Patrolman James Camilleri.
• Rafael Lara, 30, of Bayonne, was arrested in the area of Ridge and East River roads on July 27 and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman James Camilleri.
• Gary K Neverdon, 43, of Lutherville, MD, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Kemp Avenue on July 27 and charged with driving while suspended, contempt of court and related motor vehicle offenses by Patrolman James Camilleri.
• Christopher Lobiondo, 41, of Fair Haven, was arrested on July 4 after an investigation and charged with possession of between 5 and 25 pounds of marijuana and distribution of between 5 and 25 pounds of marijuana by Patrolman James Camilleri and Detective Stephanie Stack.
