Police Report: Cop Impersonation, Theft, Drugs, Burglary, Assault, Weapons, DWI

The following October criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• The theft of $36.01 in gasoline from a Shrewsbury Avenue business was reported on Oct. 29. An employee of the station reported a person leaving without paying for the gas.

Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

• The theft of a bicycle seat, valued at $60, and the lights on it, valued at $40, from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 28.

Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.

• The theft of $339.76 in product/service from a Broad Street business was reported on Oct. 29. The business owner reported that two people walked out without paying their bill.

Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

• The theft of $40 in cash from a vehicle in the area of English Plaza was reported on Oct. 28.

Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Sunset Avenue was reported on Oct. 22. The victim reported that both passenger side tires of their vehicle had been slashed.

Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Arthur Place was reported on Oct. 21. The owner reported an undisclosed amount of damage done to the hood of a vehicle.

Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Linden Place was reported on Oct. 18. The owner of a residence reported that a window, valued at $500, was broken.

Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.

• The theft of a pair of pink jeans, valued at $139, from a business on Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 13.

Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

• The theft of $353 in cash from a wallet in the area of West Front Street was reported on Oct. 12.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• The theft of a Cannondale Mountain Bike, valued at $1,000, from the area of Spring Street was reported on Oct. 12.

Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.

Arrests

• William Altieri, 35, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Jose Menjivar-Orantes, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Oct. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Juan Medias-Sanchez, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Oct. 31 and charged with aggravated assault and simple assault by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Walter Maggitt, 60, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 30 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Kenneth Persico, 54, of Belford, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 29 and charged with burglary and theft by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Christopher Kruse, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 28 and charged with receiving stolen property and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Isaiah Frazier-Champagne, 29, of Elizabeth, was arrested in the area of Morford Place on Oct. 28 and charged with receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension, burglary, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), and theft by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Michael Bryan-Rubenzer, 27, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 27 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Krystina Seegard, 36, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Oct. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Rene Mundo-Hernandez, 27, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Oct. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Wesley Rucker, 34, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Oct. 22 and charged with impersonating law enforcement, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a handgun, person unauthorized to have a weapon and possession of penetrating bullets by Detective Paul Perez.

• Thelma Harrison, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Sunset Avenue on Oct. 21 and charged with arson, criminal mischief, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Detective John Camarca.

• Amelia Wood, 27, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Chad Bryant, 36, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 14 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Fidel Valente-Olivares, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Oct. 12 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Justin Taylor, 28, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 12 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Andre Yarbrough, 50, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Oct. 11 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Oliverio Pena, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Peters Place on Oct. 10 and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Jahvon Wells-Bailey, 34, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Munson Place on Oct. 10 and charged with hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Madison Daubenberger, 26, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Oct. 8 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Jaclyn Whitmyer, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
