Police Report: Assault, Lewdness, Criminal Trespass, DUI, Defiant Trespass

The following May and June arrests were reported by Monmouth Beach police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

  • Michael Jenks, 39, of Eatontown, was arrested at Atlantic Avenue and Church Street on June 28 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs) and several other related motor vehicle offenses.
  • Andre Wright, 27, of Bronx, NY, was arrested on Valentine Street on June 24 and charged with simple assault/purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury.
  • Rosalino Garcia, 26, of Long Branch, was arrested at Ocean Avenue and Beach Road on June 22 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs).
  • Philip S. Franco, 23, of Freehold, was arrested on Valentine Street on June 21 and charged with criminal trespass/unlicensed entry of structures.
  • Trevor Ward, 46, of Blairstown, was arrested at Meadow Avenue and Gull Point Road on June 17 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol) .
  • Amanda Mohr, 40, of Manalapan, was arrested at Monmouth Beach Club on June 12 and charged with lewdness (observed by others).
  • Edgar Dillon, 52, of Metuchen, was arrested at Monmouth Beach Club on June 12 and charged with lewdness (observed by others).
  • Jacob Gindi, 34, of Long Branch, was arrested at Ocean and Seaview avenues on June 12 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs).
  • Alexander McCully, 24, of Newton, was arrested at Park Road and Ocean Avenue on May 13 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol) and several other motor vehicle offenses.
  • Mark J. Barajas, 54, of Monroe, was arrested at Ocean Avenue and Beach Road on May 10 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs) and several other related motor vehicle offenses.
  • Vaseleke Sourvanous, 54, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested at a Circle Drive location on May 9 and charged with simple assault.
  • Ed Murcia, 66, of Ocean, was arrested at Riverdale Avenue and Valentine Street on May 2 and charged with DUI (driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol) and several other related motor vehicle offenses.
  • Michael J. McGowan, 40, of Toms River, was arrested at Channel West Marina on May 1 and charged with defiant trespass.
