The following January criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Throckmorton Avenue was reported on Jan. 30. The owner of a vehicle reported damage to the windshield valued at $700.
Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe took the report.
• The theft of a black- and cream-colored Louis Vuitton purse, valued at $2,300, from a vehicle in the area of Chestnut Street was reported on Jan. 28. The purse contained one pair of Vision Works Cat Eye glasses, valued at $160, a pair of diamond cluster earrings, valued at $900, and one Hermes gold and cream bracelet valued at $810.

• The theft a black Samsung S24 FE cellphone, valued at $600, from the area of W. Front Street was reported on Jan. 18.

• The theft of an iPad, valued at $1,500, from a Manor East residence was reported on Jan. 15.
Patrolman Kristen McConnell took the report.
• The theft of a blue Big Ripper Saffire 29 bicycle, valued at $900, from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 9.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 2. The owner of a building reported that it was tagged with black and white paint.

Arrests
• Yoni Caballero-Sanchez, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Jennifer Wojcio, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 25 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Ariel Davila, 40, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Jan. 23 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of weapons by Detective Shane Dengel.
• Christian Espejel-Ramirez, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Jan. 17 and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, and criminal mischief by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Neal Simpson, 53, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), refusal, and resisting arrest by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Frank Vaccaro, 59, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 11 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman James McGee.
• Megan Whalen, 34, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Jan. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Quintel Stephens, 24, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Jan. 9 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Joanna Halick, 38, of Parlin, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 9 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Eugene Wilmore, 36, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 8 and charged with conspiracy and theft by Detective Michael Zadlock.
• Julius Reynolds, 66, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of White Street on Jan. 8 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Anthony Gil-Lopez, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal restraint, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest, and harassment by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Robert Ellis, 36, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 5 and charged with terroristic threats, possession of weapon with unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Alexander Mayo, 26, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Charles Mulle, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Allen Place on Jan. 2 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.
• Amy Luna, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 1 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman James McGee.
• Yerdi Pineda-Hoyos, 24, of Point Pleasant, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 1 and charged with obstructing administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
** Police reported 16 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants. **
