Red Bank resident, Alice Condina, passed away on Dec. 18. She was 88.
“Alice attended Catherine McAuley High School in Brooklyn, NY and went on to work in NYC at New York Life. When she married her husband, Joe, together they owned and ran Suburban Pharmacy in Middletown.

“She enjoyed playing golf, bowling and playing mahjong, but her favorite pastime was spending time with her four daughters shopping and laughing.”
Alice was predeceased by: her husband of 65 years, Joseph L. Condina; her parents, Larry and Marie Vernol; her in-laws, Joseph and Fortuna Condina; her brother and sisters, Eugene Vernol, Joan Buenaga, and Julie Brown; as well as sisters-in-law, Maria Burgess and Vera Schopfer; and her granddaughter, Amy Warshaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Warshaw (Brian), Patty Swan (Kent), Joanne Frazee (Anthony) and Linda Hinspeter (Michael); her grandchildren, Tara Stevenson (Zachary), Christopher Warshaw (Alie), Michael Swan (Adri), Alison Tarrats (John), Emily Estavanik (Kevin), Jenna Frazee, Morgan Lester (Tyler), Matthew Callahan, Marty Hinspeter and Stephanie Bartlett (Matthew); her great-grandchildren, Zoey, Carter, Autumn, Madison, Parker, Adelaide and Harper; sisters and brother, Marie Scarpone, Monica Saldarini and Fran Vernol; and many other family members who loved her dearly.
The family would like to thank the staff at Foulk Living in Wilmington, DE who allowed Alice to live with dignity and grace.
