Red Bank resident Kim Bushauer passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 6, her family by her side. She was 66.

“Born in Middletown to the late Raymond and Doris Halliday, Kim was a waitress at Brother’s restaurant for many years and a crossing guard for Shrewsbury for some time. She enjoyed gardening, going to the beach, shopping, her dogs, and going out to eat, but most of all spending time with family and friends.”

She is survived by: her husband of 39 years, Mark P. Bushauer; daughter, Jessica E. Bushauer and son-in-law, George M. Robinson; son, Michael P. Bushauer; godson, Jonathan L. Rodriguez; brother, Raymond Halliday and wife, Debbie; granddaughter, Nevaeh Robinson; three nieces and many great nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Friday, May 12, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Interment will be private.
