There’s nothing cooler than some lazy summer river time, especially when the heat is on.
The scene almost makes one forget that as that sun sets over the Navesink, it’s a prelude to a scorcher. Ducks take a leisurely river float, boaters boat, and beached folks cast daydreams out with the tide — a collective drift into the sunset.
And when the sun comes up and the heat advisory is on, they all go back to a cool-down with river time (Click on one photo to enlarge and scroll to enjoy the view!).
