Fair Haven Police Report: DWI, Trespassing, Marijuana Possession

The following August arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. 

• Rudolph Kastner, 54, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with trespassing and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in public by Patrolman William Lagrotteria.

• Jonathan Billups, 54, of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 29 on outstanding active arrest warrants out of  Middletown and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office. He was also cited with driving on a suspended license. The arresting officer was Patrick Anderson. Billups was transferred to the custody of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office.

• David Foster, 66, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Officer Patrick Anderson.

• Noah Isenmann, 19, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on Aug. 3 following a motor vehicle stop and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Officer Alex Perkins.

• Kayla T. Robinson, 21, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on Aug. 3 following a motor vehicle stop and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Officer Alex Perkins.

• Daystar McMillan, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 3 following a motor vehicle stop and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Officer Alex Perkins.

• Pedro Vasquez-Varela, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 2 following a motor vehicle stop after the discovery of an active warrant out of Ocean Township. He was also issued a citation for driving without a valid driver’s license. He was released after posting full cash bail. Detective Stephen Schneider was the arresting officer.

• Michael Lovanyak, 56, of Toms River, was arrested on Aug. 2 following a motor vehicle stop and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe containing a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) was located inside of his vehicle. Officer Patrick Anderson was the arresting officer.

**Two arrests were made solely on contempt of court warrants. Full cash bail were posted for both and both were released.**

**Possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana is a disorderly persons offense.**
