The following May arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Elliot Greene, 42, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested at River Road and Navesink Avenue on May 17 and charged with contempt of court on a May 14 warrant out of Freehold Township Municipal Court on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS/heroin) and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Patrolman Liam Stephens made the warrant arrest.
• Kevin Mills, 50, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Smith Street on May 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) “incident to” a motor vehicle accident by SO Timothy Wisely.
• Jason Hall, 50, of Fair Haven, was arrested at Third Street and Maple Avenue on May 7 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra after Hall was found to be “causing public alarm by yelling at passing vehicles while riding his bicycle.”
