On the cusp of official summer and dads and grads weekend, a DWI checkpoint is set for the area tonight through early Saturday morning, The Monmouth County DWI Task Force announced.

On Friday, June 14, in Shrewsbury …
Starting at 9 p.m. and running through 1 a.m. on Saturday, vehicles headed south on Route 35 will be diverted into the Shrewsbury Plaza where DWI Task Force members and Shrewsbury police will screen drivers for sobriety.
