Prosecutor: 25- and 24-Year-Old Get More than 30 Years in Prison for 2019 Murder

Two men have been sentenced to more than 30 years in prison each for their respective roles in the 2019 shooting murder of a 23-year-old Asbury Park man at the Prospect Avenue basketball courts, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Thursday.

Prosecutor: 30-Year-Old Man Found Guilty of 2018 Bias-Driven Murder of Longtime Area Photo Journalist, EMS Volunteer

Prosecutor: Area Man Convicted in Family Friend’s 2019 Murder

A Monmouth County Jury has returned guilty verdicts on nearly all charges against the area man who in 2019 was charged with murdering a longtime family friend and setting her home on fire in an attempt to cover his tracks, Acting Monmouth County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael J. Prosecutor: Uncle & Nephew Plead Guilty to 2019 Murder

Thirty-two-year-old Omar Rivera-Rojas (also known as Juan Carlos Rivera-Rojas), and his 20-year-old nephew, Alberto Rojas-Hernandez, both of Lakewood, pleaded guilty on Friday to first-degree aggravated manslaughter charges stemming from a 2019 Howell slaying, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey announced.

Prosecutor: 28-Year-Old Man Indicted on Domestic Violence Murder Charges

 A Monmouth County Grand Jury has returned a two-count indictment against the man who in June was found in Atlantic Highlands with the dead body of his former girlfriend in the back seat of his vehicle earlier this year, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey announced on Wednesday.
