The following August arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. DWI is a motor vehicle offense.
• Christin Terrell , 47, of Birmingham AL was arrested at Rumso Police Headquarters on Aug. 31 and charged with theft by deception by Detective Stephanie Stack.
• Nicholas Damico, 45, of Garwood, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Belknap Lane on Aug. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to breath testing by Patrolman Joseph Pignataro.
• Oliver Naumov, 24, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Bingham Avenue on Aug. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to breath testing by Patrolman Kevin Walsh
• Paula Fasano, 65, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of of Lafayette Street on Aug. 20 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
• Braken Fiore, 41, of Middletown was arrested in the area of Ridge and East River roads on Aug. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to breath testing by Patrolman James Camilleri.
