The following May arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Arrests
• Konstantin Natsis, 62, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Bingham Hill Circle on May 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Michael Berger.
• Shawn Ryan, 56, of California, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Bellknap Lane on May 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
• Maximilia McCarty, 19, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on Auldwood Lane on May 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, open alcohol container in a vehicle and possession of false document by Patrolman James Orozco.
• Anthony Montalbano, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Ridge Road and Meadowridge Park on May 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kevin Walsh.
** Police reported one arrest solely on a contempt of court warrant. **
