Prosecutor: Man Arrested on Charges of 1999-2001 Aggravated Sexual Assault of Pre-Teen

A former Monmouth County man is facing charges for the sexual assault of a minor that allegedly occurred more than 20 years ago, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Thursday.

Robert L. Wisiak, 44, currently of South River and formerly of Keansburg, was arrested by Keansburg police on Friday, Oct. 20, on charges of first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a minor and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

An investigation revealed that the alleged sexual assaults of Wisiak on the victim, who was a minor under the age of 13 at the time, took place on multiple occasions between the years of 1999 to 2001.
