The following July arrests were reported by Little Silver police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Jill A. Mannix, 51, of Little Silver was arrested on July 30 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI) and related traffic offenses by Patrolman Christopher Gilmore.

• Luis A. Colocho, 25, of Deal, was arrested on July 29 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI), open container of alcohol in a vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle while in possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS/narcotics) and related traffic offenses by Patrolman Andrew White.

• Thomas Lloyd, 45, of Randolph, VT, was arrested on July 19 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while in possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS/narcotics), possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and related traffic offenses by Patrolman Joseph Camilleri.
